Indiana Writer's Workshop: The Power of Questions, Imagination, and Storytelling in Poetry (Adults) In-Person

Muncie Public Library is pleased to present a free two-hour writing workshop created & facilitated by writer and educator Chantel Massey.

Lucille Clifton says "We can create what we cannot imagine." In this workshop we will use poetry by Ross Gay, Lucille Clifton, Mari Evans, and others with writing prompts and engaging activities to explore what we would like to see for our future, ask what kind of people we hope to be, and learn about how to build a better community for ourselves and the ones we love.

This free event is made possible with the support of Indiana Humanities and Glick Philanthropies through the Indiana Author Awards workshop series. This event free and open to the general public. Please join us in the Meeting Room at Kennedy Library, which is located at 1700 W. McGalliard Rd. Muncie, IN.
