Yoga in the Library (Adults)

Yoga in the Library (Adults) In-Person

Come join us on Saturday, February 8th for YOGA IN THE LIBRARY from 9AM to 10:30AM!  This free session is open to the public and will explore the Baptiste Power Yoga (Vinyasa, also known as Flow).  The 1.5 hour class will explore meditation, the benefits and origins of Baptiste Yoga, and will take you on a Journey into Power with a modified version of Power Yoga that is suitable for all levels.  Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat).    

Rebecca Torsell will be instructing this course in an effort to provide the Muncie community with an opportunity to explore the practice, particularly for those who have always been curious about yoga, but have never had the resources to explore it.  Rebecca has been doing yoga for 9 years and began her practice while living abroad in Shanghai, China, and has continued to develop her knowledge and love for the practice regardless of life changes.  Rebecca is currently the Archivist for Architectural Records at Ball State University, and felt that the perfect place to learn, would be the historic Carnegie Library of Muncie.
